Alliance is Success !!!

Even the wordings changed, this is the headline on EENADU for past 3 days !! :-)

If the alliance is successful on day 1, then why it needed to be repeated on day 2 ?

That indirectly mean that there were some problems which rose after day 1.

What after day 2 ? Why it needed one more mention on day 3 ???

That mean there were some problems remaining after day 2.

Then, any un-biased, so called 30-year legendary news paper should name it as CONFUSION GAME... or UNCONFIRMED ALLIANCE

But as it is doing for past 30 years, EENADU and Ramoji Rao have tried their best to show clear skies through their yellow paper, where as it is drizzling, storming and even thunders happening on the other end ...

Jammy... we know you !!!

Today Jammy, our favourite - THE WALL.. had made an interesting statement.

Appraising Gambhir, he remarked "That is something great about performers. They play according to the situation. They change their game.". Indirectly, he has shed a lot of mud on Viru, who literally threw his wicket on both the innings.

Well, that is the way he plays. Did any captain complained about Jammy on tapping the ball to the ground and padding them out, and leaving them alone, even when the score board is 200 for 2 ???

Jammy, we had enough from you. I accept you are one of the all time great batsman India ever produced, but take it from me, YOU WERE NEVER AN ENTERTAINER !!!

Your scores are good to look on scorecard, but not to waste a whole days time to watch you live !!

Sehwag still is the only player to score two triple centuries for India... 15 consecutive scores of 150+ runs !!!

Very energetic guy... friendly nature... he will never declare the innings when a batsmen is on 194 even in his dream !!!!!

With couple more test series to come, we hope Jammy play the way he batted in THIS match, not like the previous years eggs, tomatoes, cookies (yeah all of them are in round shape, as his scores)..... and take a good farewell in the likes of Ganguly and Kumble.

Where is PRP heading to ??

Forget about ideal situations... think about practical scenario.

Politics is not only about 'serving' the people, it is also about ensuring the dominance in the elections, it is about preserving ones position in party and in government.

It is also about making the decisive power through out the term. It is also about balancing party cadre and people, so that no one gets ignored.

It is so complex and complicated that even all time bests like Chandrababu and YSR may even fail to cover all these while they drive their parties.

Looks like Chiranjeevi the founder of PRP is taking a high risk, by providing too much accessible areas in the Party.

Under the tagline 'Social Justice', one gets a feeling that Chiranjeevi is not scoring good marks in building a strong wall around him...

The logic is simple... at a given point of time, any leader should have a good 50 - 70 leaders which he can bank on, even on a midnight time.

If we see the MLA lists declared so far, we don't see any big names which are assocaited with the Matinee Idol. Neither from his community, nor from his film pals, not even from his Fans associations.

This part should be taken care and it is not too late. The remaining undeclared 130 seats should be filled with the true followers and die-hard admirers.

Lest, Iam afraid he is up on ending as a ladder, allowing someone else to climb heights !!!

Hope PRP will go ahead in this direction.

Last, but not the least, the way it took the gutsy decision of providing more than 60% seats to socially backward classes, is unanymously appraised.

Cricinfo Fantasy is a very good online edition of creating your fantasy team and track your team's progress.

All you need to do is logon to fantasy.cricinfo.com and register using an e-mail id.

You will be all set and you can create teams following the guidelines, like the team combination, player combination, player cost and number of changes allowed.

You will start accumilate the points once the matches start. Your team will be given points based on the players' performance during the game.

At the end of day's play your fantasy team score will be updated and the ranking will also be shown.

Interesting Stat : Ind vs Newzealand

Today, India is taking on Newzealand in first test match in 3 test match series.

Here is an interesting stat... Legendary Batsman Tendulkar runs alone are exceeding the total career runs by the whole team on the counter part by 4458.

I think fair chances are for India.. Sehwag, Ishant and Zaheer could decide the fate of the game. On the counter-part Kiwis rely on the youngsters to live up to the mark in the home ground.

With conditions looking in favor of seem bowling... we can expect quality pace bowling demonstrated in this game...

My gut feeling is a big YES...



Most of the public can tell which channel is taking which party's side ... which channels are against whom ... and so on.....



Hence, unless these channels stop believing that they can divert people towards their selfish goals and matter..... there is always a space for new channel.



I-NEWS, which made his entry on a grand manner, is technically at very high standards.



Programs are very innovative and you can get the soul of channel by going through their promos.



Of course, as a famous political leader quoted "All organizations start with a good responsibility on their first day"...

Let us hope that these news channels will become unbiased on a day ... which they will because of competetion sake.

Colour TV... shame on a hitec CM

Iam literally shoked when I heard the scheme of Free color TVs for 1 crore eligible familes, in the manifesto designed by the master mind (?) Chandra Babu.

I laughed a bit when he declared some of schemes like 2000 Rs. to BC s, 1500 to widows, 1000 to unemployed, free gold pendants to brides, 1 lakh deposit for baby girls, ooohhhh long list.

But this one taken me by surprise !!! the TV s one.... this is such a big shame and had if many are in queue for this scheme, my pity to them... I dont see any sense of putting free color tvs like this.

1. Many villages in Andhra Pradesh dont have public toilets.
2. There are still some villages, which are not properly connected by road.
3. Basic Medical centers are not in good shape in almost all villages.

oohh the list is endless. If he really want to give entertainment, the following are much better.

1. Development of Theaters for Dramas. This will also help in retaining the talent and the great telugu plays which are more than 3000 in number.

2. Arrangement of TVs in public auditorium like place. This is also not a bad idea since the access should be given to all, hence they have access to information in form of TV news.

This scheme is a big set back, and I know many guys who have some sort of respect left in CBN, is shattered with his luring and wasted scheme like this.

I plead him, not to proceed with this scheme, and I as a tax payer dont want to see my money go into brokers in this schemes.

Watching a ODI - a long time due

Yes

I dont remember when I watched a 50-over play of Indian innings without any disturbence.

The reason was so simple. We used to freak out here and there on Sundays.. hence no cricket.

If it is weekdays, all we can do is hit F5 button on cricinfo window and have a sneak when your idol is blazing in the center, by getting into cafetaria :-)

I still remember the days when my mom used to say "Study now !!! you can watch this game all day once you get into a job !! aaah !!! what a theory !!!!!"

Today, its master blaster played some of innovative shots which has taken his class to one more stair above !!!!

He remembered us the days of 1998, had if he is fully fit, Anwar would have got pushed to number 2 in All time high scores list.

He is due for a big century for a long time since he scored emphatic century at Sydney, which is one of starting points of present Indian glory.

Too many in queue to dedicate this century... Oscar Rehman... Pakistan fans... and family

Ranatunga's Ego - Srilanka penality

Arjuna Ranatunga behaved like a pure egoist, and his monarchic actions continued for a period of one year.

1. BCCI mentioned that Srilanka team should consider sending the players to IPL. Ranatunga ensured that the drama will prolong as much as possible.

2. In IPL drama, finally Srilanka board was offered some package.

3. BCCI mentioned not to encourage ICL players to play in national teams. Ranatunga violated this.

4. BCCI have cancelled their Pakistan tour after Mumbai attacks.

5. Ranatunga came forward and offered PCB that their team will tour Pakistan.

The likes of Aussies, Kiwis, Englishmen and India have cancelled their tours which are scheduled by ICC, because of security reasons.

Even the tour is not in ICC calendar, Ranatunga have made a decision to tour his team in Pak.

The consequences are known to everyone now.

Even Ranatunga is sacked from his role, the decision to go Pakistan is not reverted.

My pity for cricket lovers in Pakistan, since the chances of helding cricket games have now almost deserted with the latest terrorist attacks.

PRP against sledging

Mitra today told one more statement : PRP is against personal comments.

This gentleman has already told many things which are not implemented in reality.

He told that the party didn't took a rupee from any outsider. He didn't mentioned what is the process followed by PRP to collect funds. Otherwise, this words cannot be trusted.

He informed that PRP is against bundhs and road blocks and other activities which will cause inconvenience to common man. With no less than 2 weeks, PRP did rastha rokos in many places.

hmmmm, its not about the idealogies.. but it is the real implementation which will count.!!!

Lets hope PRP atleast keeps away from personal comments.... may the comments against Roja will be the last of them
