The best part of my company as per my opinion is the flexible hours of operation.
When there is no work, we really no need to stick to the seats, just inform your manager that you are done with your work and call it a day.
Now, the new swiping machines were deployed and we need to sign in on the first entry and sign out on the last exit.
I'm positive that this move will help the organization in taking better control over resources, and will help the resources to plan and regularize their life style.
I'm positive that it will help me in reducing my late night stays... :-)
Let me set the alarm every day and I am planning to make it a 9 - 7 days as many as possible..
